Invoice is a document you send to clients to request payment for goods or services.

Essential elements:

  • Invoice creation date
  • Unique tracking number
  • Seller and buyer information
  • Detailed list of goods/services
  • Prices, taxes and total amount
  • Payment terms

📝 How to Create an Invoice

  1. Fill in seller information - your contact details
  2. Add buyer details - client information
  3. Set number and date - number is generated automatically
  4. Add goods/services - click "+ Item" to add rows
  5. Configure taxes and discounts - if needed
  6. Export to PDF - click "Export PDF"

💡 Useful Tips

  • Keep copies of all invoices for your records
  • Use clear descriptions for goods/services
  • Specify payment deadlines
  • Invoices are automatically saved in history
  • You can edit saved invoices

📤 Export and Import Buttons

📄 Export PDF

Creates a professional PDF document for printing or sending to clients. Supports two layouts:

  • Classic Layout - classic layout with large fields, perfect for official documents
  • Compact Layout - compact layout to save space, suitable for quick bills
📋 Export JSON

Creates a complete backup of all invoice data in JSON format. Includes:

  • All settings and custom texts
  • List of goods and services
  • Client information
  • Change history
📊 Export CSV

Exports goods/services data to table format with columns:

  • Description, Quantity, Price, Tax, Discount, Total
  • Perfect for sales analysis in Excel or Google Sheets
📥 Import JSON

Restores data from previously exported JSON file. Useful for:

  • Data transfer between devices
  • Backup recovery
  • Settings synchronization

⌨️ Keyboard Shortcuts

  • Ctrl+S - export to PDF
  • Ctrl+N - new invoice
  • "+ Item" button - add new item
  • Enter - move to next field in table
  • Tab - navigate between fields
